01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and QQWIN4D (hereinafter referred to as "QQWIN4D", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at qqwin4d.cam.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or through any responsible gambling programme.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To access QQWIN4D's full suite of services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (including city — such as Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, or elsewhere), contact number, and a valid email address.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or where QQWIN4D deems it necessary for account security or fraud prevention purposes, Players will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport;
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within 3 months);
• Confirmation of the payment method in use (for example, a screenshot of your e-wallet account or online banking profile showing your name).

QQWIN4D processes KYC documentation within three (3) to five (5) business days of submission, though in many cases verification is completed within 24 hours. Players will be notified via email once their KYC status is updated.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account restriction.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Account upon confirmation of payment. E-wallet and DuitNow/FPX deposits are typically credited instantly or within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations (typically within 15–30 minutes). QQWIN4D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived balances are eligible for withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment channel previously used for deposit on the account, wherever technically possible;

These processing times are indicative estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may vary depending on third-party payment network performance, public holidays, and QQWIN4D's scheduled maintenance windows. QQWIN4D will not be held liable for delays outside of its direct operational control.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

QQWIN4D offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome offer once only. Duplicate accounts created to exploit multiple bonus claims will result in account termination and bonus forfeiture;

08 Game Rules & Sports Betting

All games offered on the QQWIN4D platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, lottery, and arcade games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms.

For sports betting, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UEFA Champions League), UFC, and other international sporting events:

• All bets are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform availability. QQWIN4D reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at its discretion;
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or betting event, QQWIN4D reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts;

• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply across all markets and are subject to change. These limits are displayed within each betting market.

For live casino games streamed from licensed studios, game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as recorded by the live stream. In the event of a stream interruption, any incomplete round may be voided at QQWIN4D's discretion, with stakes returned to the Player.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QQWIN4D platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or money laundering;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;

10 Responsible Gambling

QQWIN4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;

11 Account Suspension & Termination

QQWIN4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined herein;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion;
• Requirement to comply with applicable law, regulation, or directions from relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed by QQWIN4D for non-punitive reasons (for example, at the Player's own request or due to regulatory requirements), any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account — after deducting any applicable bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal conditions — will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting QQWIN4D's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QQWIN4D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime beyond QQWIN4D's reasonable control;
• Loss or damage arising from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, including banks, e-wallet operators, or cryptocurrency network conditions;
• Any interruption or cessation of Platform availability, whether planned or unplanned.

QQWIN4D's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the calendar month in which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude QQWIN4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the QQWIN4D platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of QQWIN4D or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QQWIN4D holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and QQWIN4D, Players are encouraged in the first instance to contact our Customer Support team directly. QQWIN4D endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days for standard disputes.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. QQWIN4D's final decision on all gaming-related disputes — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility determinations, and account actions — shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error or procedural unfairness.
